I love vanilla fragrances and had been researching niche fragrances that included a vanilla note. Based upon what I had found, Gourmand sounded perfect. I just received the fragrance and it does not disappoint. It smells beautiful and has staying power. It smells just as beautiful twelve hours after application as it does when you first apply it. Wow! This perfume is something unreal! It is very universal – it doesn’t matter it is cold or warm outside. You want to wear it in the summer and in the winter. I think that the secret of this fragrance is an ability to take us back to childhood, to remind extreme comfort and to generate a sense of peace of mind. That is GOURMAND power!
In the beginning I smell the warm spices – a cinnamon in a cloud of vanilla and caramel. Maybe my “cinnamon” is an amber and benzoin. After that comes freshness like a green apple has. The smell on the skin is soft, surprises with a new pleasant layer. The gourmet flavors – amber and woody accors – are sensual united in this composition. It seems that there is nothing bright – but a composition is very charming! The sweet notes are dominant here, but fragrance is not thick. Freshness is predominant here. It is like mix of gourmet spice. Must try!

I absolutely love Gourmand! This perfume is so intense and intoxicating for yourself and people around you! Everyone ask me what is the name of this scent. I love it so much that I don’t want to reveal the name of the perfume because I want to be the only one to smell so nice 🙂 The scent of vanilla is often used in perfumery but I can affirm that this one will make you feel like nobody else. An exceptional and rare smell. The price/performance ratio is excellent for this brand’s quality.
